Stayed one night and it was miserable. The AC in my room didn’t work, making it uncomfortably hot, and the guests next door were extremely loud with graphic, inappropriate sexual activity that went on for hours. I felt uncomfortable and got almost no sleep. Would not stay here again.

I was told by the staff that I’d be charged a $15 fee per night for booking through Hotels.com. Forgive me if I’m wrong, but that seems to totally go against the main purpose for booking through Hotels.com. To save money! The air conditioner didn’t seem to be cooling as well as it should. But the room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

This is a very affordable place to stay with enough amenities to help you have a pleasant stay. It’s getting harder and harder to find a place we can afford to stay that is clean and has breakfast. This place is in a beautiful area with the beaches very close and lovely parks nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly too.

The hallway carpet wasn't clean, the bathroom in the room wasn't very clean, and at breakfast we had to wait for food because there weren't enough eggs, bread, or fruit, and there was only one person serving. I definitely do not recommend this hotel; the pictures don't reflect reality.

Parking was secure and close to the building. The area was well-lit and I felt safe there. I don’t see or hear any pets but the rooms have a beautiful tile flooring that keeps down germs and allergies. I was so grateful that. I would have given 5 stars if the ice and vending machines were more updated. They did not have an ice machine with filter water and the vending machines had a credit card pad which didn’t work. So I had to go out and buy water and snacks because I had not cash on me.

Room was extremely neglected. Bathroom was clogged since we checked in, manager attempted to fix it with a plunger but it did not work. Air conditioner continued to shut off during the night. Bed was very uncomfortable and you can hear the guests in the rooms on the side and above, This hotel does not even deserve a one star!

Traveled for family emergency. Hotel is old, run down, beds are so so, the soap, shampoo, body wash, was cheap and maybe enough to wash a baby so be sure to bring your own, breakfast was a very light continental one and the juice machine was out of order. I adked front desk abot checking out early, they said take your time, but charged us for another day. The staff is kind, though.
