This hotel is badly in need of a renovation. Hallways are dark, dirty, and musty. Shower water temp wildly fluctuates, especially when someone flushes a toilet. Curtains not very well designed and let a lot of light in around edges.

I will be asking for a refund. The Cold water on the shower was nonfunctional, so the water was either just a trickle or scalding hot. The front desk said they had never heard of such a thing. The WiFi had no password and was down for over a week, which added with the walls being made of cinder blocks did not let 5G in either…

The lady at the front was awesome! Very patient and helpful and nice. The had water all over the bathroom floor when we got there. They cleaned it up and made sure the problem was solved. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it was ok. The location was good right off the interstate. The breakfast was average. But the lady at the front desk when we checked in was awesome!!!! They were trying to renovate the hotel but our room the carpet was tore up by the air conditioner. We asked for a pool view room but it was not pool view. It was a view of a brick wall.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and included that there were 3 of us in the room. We got to our room and there's 1 queen bed and a pullout couch, no towels at the pool so went to grab our room towels and there are 2 given the one queen bed room. I did call to the desk and made them aware of the incorrect reservation and they did try to offer another room, which was nice but we had limited pool time already so just stayed with what was we had.4 hours later and we still don't have any extra towels brought to our room yet

Wish there was an actual wading pool for kids, not just the splash pad area. The pool area was also cold. Not a biggie, but the tv in my room didn’t work and the internet service was terrible. The treadmills also did not work in the fitness center. Looked like renovations were being done and the rooms that had add ons were obviously different floor heights. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy though.

As a previous housekeeper and front desk attendant I feel as though I have to leave this review. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, I couldn’t wait to check out and hated staying in my room. I’ve never seen a room get left that dirty. There was so much dirt on the bathroom floors I had to put towels down to walk on. I didn’t even trust the towels since I found a stain on one. The shower curtain had a big black mark on it and there was hair on the toilet and bedsheets. After showering I got into bed and it smelled like body sweat… It quickly clicked that I just showered and the smell couldn’t be my own… Safety was also an issue. Since this hotel has a pool that is appealing to families and children you’d think there would be locks on doors to the outside. Anyone could enter and leave because the only door that locked was the hotel door. I’m disappointed because the building is large and nice but not taken care of. I hope the staff see the potential and start taking care of the rooms and building. As a previous hotel employee I try to be as forgiving as possible because I know housekeeping is incredibly difficult. At this point, I think they just made the bed with the same bedsheets as the previous guest and left. I was grateful to have packed multiple blankets that I could lay on the pillows and use throughout my stay. I couldn’t cancel my trip because there was a fee and I did not have the funds to cancel and find a new hotel.

I travel a lot for work and have for about 9years. This experience I would have to say is easily in the top 5 worst. The hotel has a lot of potential but it doesnt seem like there is enough attention or care. Check in went, OK. I got to my very dimly lit hall and it smelled completely of marijuana. Got into my room, had to unplug the fridge as it was so loud I would not have been able to sleep. TV would not work and the room was disgusting. It didnt look like it had been vaccuumed in months, bathroom cabinets had dirt and grime all over them, same with the bathroom door. All surfaces were gross something splattered on the night stand as well as the dresser. All of this and I could go on. Only positives were great water pressure and hot water to clean myself off after this stay. The other was they had no reservation returning my money after seeing the photos.

Inexpensive but not well maintained

Old hotel. Used to be a Holiday Inn. Run down and not updated. Uncomfortable beds. TV did not work. Frig made loud obnoxious noises. On the plus side it's an economical place to stay with kids and there's a huge family waterpark.
