It was the worst experience I have ever had! The pool was disgusting! The breakfast was nasty. Everything was dirty. No tables were wiped down the floor had stains. It’s almost like it has never been cleaned. I wouldn’t even call the breakfast a breakfast.

What a rip off. This place is absolutely gross. It's a place I wouldn't take a $3 hooker to. Save your hard earned money and pass. Pubic hair in the tub, mattress that is like a brick, they are praying on busy weekends to float and rip you off. Don't do it! I've stayed in plenty of holes but this one is nasty.

We just three nights for a big dart tournament there. Upon entering our room one bed was broke on one side and the TV would t work. I personally went to the front desk Fri morning to let them know and they said they would check on it. Fri night went to tell them and Sat morning still not one person was going to check on it. So overall their only solution was to move us. Sorry didn’t want to pack up our stuff and go upstairs.

Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected Our overall experience at this hotel was unfortunately not satisfying. The property looked nothing like the photos online, which was our first red flag. While I will say the staff were friendly and helpful, the condition of the rooms left a lot to be desired. It didn’t seem like they had been properly cleaned in quite some time. The pull-out mattress we planned to use for the kids was in terrible shape—clearly old, extremely thin, and stained. You could feel every bar underneath when lying on it, making it basically unusable. We also had constant issues with the TV. Trying to put on something for the kids took way longer than it should have, just trying to get it connected to WiFi. To top it off, the main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool had issues and the water was so cold that it was unusable. The hot tub also had a very unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. Overall, we were not happy with our stay and do not plan on returning. Thanks.

Convenient, inexpensive adequate hotel

Stayed one night before a campus visit the next day. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The indoor water park area is nice for families with kids. The hotel itself is showing its age and could use some updating, but nothing was uncomfortable or unusable, just worn. The breakfast was adequate but was very carb-heavy, the only hot item offered was waffles. Some protein or fruit would have been welcome.

My only suggestions ate to have a few designated places that smokers can sit at so they are not in the way of other guests, and to have some handicapped accessible parking by all entrances to the hotel
