Hotel needs some work. Room was clean and comfortable but broken closet door wouldn’t stay shut bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. The pool and hot tub were dirty. Couldn’t get past the hair floating on the surface of yhe pool and hot tub so hot it burned. The bed was awesome. Got a goodnights sleep. Staff waa wonderful and accommodating.

The desk clerk, Zeke, was quick to attend to us and was very efficient. He was so pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated him after a long day of travel!! The property is extremely clean and the room is nicely updated. It was great to get in the hot tub to relax, which also was very clean and in perfect working order. I would definitely return to this property!!

Charged several times/Dirty Room

Staff was friendly and did everything they can to help me. I originally was staying for 4 nights over Easter weekend and rooms were covered in an exaggerated amount of dirt and dust. Front desk staff attempted to help me by sending someone to clean but the person that went in put their vacuum cleaner on the sofa and beds in attempt to get the dirts and said nothing much she can do because the windows are leaking. Around 3am i was Charged to my card $108.26. Later at 6am $319.65. 7am $319.65. Alarmed i went to the front desk and they stated they did not make those charges but my statement clearly shows the same information as when i first checked in and paid. I immediately checked out and asked for a receipt of my final charge. Which was $103.72. I called to follow up and see if they can figure out something with the charges to my card and staff stated thy only see one charge on their end. This was a terrible experience and I believe sensitive information was leaked or they were possibly hacked. I will never stay here on my next visit to deming and i highly urge everyone staying here to look at their bank statements after staying here.
