Room is clean but not sure about the musty smell and feel damp wet the bedsheets towels and our clothes maybe the humid weather I guess.? Staff,people are amazing very very nice people down to earth. Amenities is beautiful it’s a little bit outdated but gives character to the building,good food good breakfast lol we gained weight though. We had good time in Sanur. We relax and that’s what we need me and my husband very satisfied!

Disappointing that I booked a Club Room, that is advertised as a Club Room, but they do not have. Prior to covid it existed, but since covid they have kept the name, but do not offer any of the benefits of a club room. So no private breakfast area, no afternoon tea and drinks and nibbles in the evening! As I raised the matter with the manager they upgraded our room. Very nice, but I would have much preferred the benefits of a club room. I suggested they stopped advertising club rooms as it led to disappointment and was misleading. Please note they are still advertising Club Rooms and I feel this is totally dishonest. I am posting this to help, like minded Club Room Users.

The breakfast was limited to mostly Asian dishes, and not everyone likes salad for breakfast. Our room was old and had only one plug that you could use for your electronics. ONLY one PLUG in the entire room and bathroom. Old decor, broken tiles on the floor, and squeaky floors. THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED

Good value for money with a decent breakfast. Hotel not that clean unfortunately with large stains on curtains and multiple stains on towels/bedsheets. Faucets in the bathroom are rusty and should have been changed a while ago. Plugs on some floors are plain black inside.

We loved our stay at the Prama. Room was big with a nice balcony and we had garden views, a little bit of a walk to breakfast and the pools, but we didn’t mind. Breakfast was abundant and choices changed every 2nd day. Novi one of the waitresses was so helpful and very accommodating. Pool is large and deep, very refreshing. Service around pool area can be a tad slow, but still the staff were friendly and helpful. I did ask one of the male front desk staff if we could have more water or was there a water machine we could fill up our bottles, but he told me to go to the minimart and buy some, but I left a note for the cleaning staff and they happily left us extra for the remainder of our trip. The location is more south, but we found many yummy places to eat and all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.
