Our carriage house is a welcoming, two-bedroom guest home located in central Denver. We are less than 1 1/2 miles from LoHi, beloved Tennyson Street, and the neighborhood gem of Highlands Square. It's a 10-minute cab ride to Lower Downtown.

The space provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably; work/study effectively; and/or just kick-back, relax, and enjoy what Denver and Colorado have to offer. You'll have the entire space to youself including a private, flagstone patio.

The Sunnyside neighborhood is close to downtown and offers easy access to both I-70 and I-25. You’ll be conveniently located to what Denver has to offer. Amble to one of the many neighborhood coffee houses, restaurants, bars, or shops or take a quick cab ride downtown. Hop on the interstate and be in the foothills in 20 minutes.

And then come back and enjoy your home-away-from-home. Pick a vinyl record from our collection. Bask in one of Denver’s 300 days of sunshine with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail-of-choice on your flagstone patio.

Unwind watching one of your favorite TV shows or movie on the wall-mounted 50-inch Smart TV. You’re welcome to use our Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts or sign into one of your own.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee, tea, and all the cooking essentials you'll need if you want to cook a meal. We also have a full-size washer/dryer that you’re welcome to use.

You’ll get a good night’s sleep in one of the three cozy beds and be ready for the next day of fun and adventure.

Additional small-person guests are permitted beyond the four-person limit (e.g., a family of five) - just message me for details. We offer a high-chair, pack-n-play, and a kids’ size air mattress upon request.

Parking is different - but a nice safe neighborhood - would stay again

We loved our stay! It’s a stunning cottage over the owners garage. Everything was so clean and nice. Parking looks like it would be in front of the garage doors but those are for the owners. You’ll park down the street on a cross street at the end of an alley or on their street on the other side of the block. Since I had a car full of family items I inherited from my family back home and was driving it 2000 miles, I was concerned for the safety of my belongings but after arranging parking in front of their house and walking back around the block I could see it’s a nice neighborhood and I felt secure. The overall experience was great. If you’re a light sleeper and want to sleep in a bit, I’d say sleep in the bedroom with the blue floral wall and desk as it’s not right above the garage doors. I would stay here again if I was going thru Denver.

Nice place

It was a great place to stay in a safe neighborhood. It was quiet. I got quick replies to my questions. There is a grocery store, a Starbucks within an easy walking distance. No car is necessary. The local RTD transit system can get you just about anywhere you want to go. You can also choose to take an Uber.

Nice place

Great location, comfortable, worked very well for 2 adults. The beds were not very comfortable but that could just have been us. Be aware: This is a carriage house so there is a long flight of outdoor stairs to access the space. The parking is on the street at the end of the alley but we had no problems finding convenient parking.

Great place in Denver.

This was such a great place to stay. Beautiful carriage house loft. Close to downtown Denver. Quiet. Comfortable. A very, very well stock kitchen. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at this great VRBO. We loved our stay. And Denver is a wonderful city. We hope to visit again.

Great place to relax

Cityscape

As one who has been a part of developing carriage houses, this one is well designed and built with attention to detail. Comfort; love the books (guest manual, etc), and privacy. Cozy Carriage House Loft

Perfect home away from home

The carriage house loft was a perfect home away from home. My adult son and I stayed here for his “post-grad” trip. We had a full itinerary but enjoyed relaxing every night at the loft. Parking was close by on the street and we never felt unsafe. Our host, Angie, was super-responsive and generous in hospitality. The unit was super clean when we arrived and she even made a welcome sign for us. If in the area, we will definitely stay again.

This was an amazing rental for me and my two sons. It had everything we could have needed, and a washer and dryer on site, which was so helpful being that we were on the last leg of our vacation. Angie wrote us a personalized note welcoming us, and she was very responsive. Highly, highly recommend, and the location was safe and convenient.

Great experience

My family traveled to CO for a softball tournament. We enjoyed our stayed in carriage. It was clean, very inviting, and we listen to the vinyl records almost every night. The only slight challenge is having enough room to put our clothes in. I wish it had a dresser or drawers to store my daughter’s clothes. Other than that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. The host was awesome.

We loved staying here! The little details to make us feel welcome were definitely noticed. I keep telling my husband that if we could live there I definitely would.
