The AC was on the whole time and they told me they couldn't change it. It never got over 62 degrees in my room. Overall, I liked it but if the heat is a constant problem, I will not go back.

They had no heat. Cold air was blowing through the vents. I ended up getting so sick I broke out with fever blisters.
This is the heater they offered to accommodate us but it didnt warm up the room

The hotel was freezing the entire trip. 55°-59° in my room prior to requesting a space heater from the front desk, and even then only got up to 62° the rest of my stay. Tried to use the microwave, and it was on for about 5 seconds before causing a power outage in my room for half an hour. Really horrible experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Denver Downtown before and it’s always a great experience The hotel is consistently clean and well maintained I really like that they use Dove products in the rooms The staff is friendly and customer service is always good I would definitely stay here again

Perfect in every way the staff the breakfast buffet fantastic the environment is very friendly. The cleanliness is amazing. The rooms are fantastic. The staff they're all great. The maids are very polite. Anything you ever wanted fresh towels 24 hour coffee 24 hour on site hotel clerks booking clerks anything you need they even have ice cream for sale little pricey, but it's still very frozen and it's a very good candies soda pop but you think 24 hours not a vending machine machine just charge it straight up off your card
