Check in and parking were easy; it's also pet friendly. The front desk staff were mainly helpful. One of the staff was unhelpful and gave confusing information that had to be clarified by another staff member. No, there is not a pool or hot tub (he initially said yes). Yes, there are airport shuttle pick ups every 30 min., you just need to get your name on the list. And if you don't have it, come early as you may be able to get a seat on said shuttle. I'd definitely book here again!

The room was great. It was really clean. The staff were wonderful, but the furnace had something it kept turning on and off every five minutes and it sounded like it had a lid and the bottom of it. I couldn’t sleep at all.

We stayed at this hotel and when we got ready to leave we discovered our window to our car was bashed in. We were not the only car this was done to. There were four other cars with their windows smashed also. The front desk did not help us at all and we could tell this is a regular occurrence by how they reacted. I will not stay at this hotel again. I suggest finding one with a fenced parking lot.
