Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
"-- The mattresses were shamefully broken down.
Our heads were at a lower level than our feet, so we slept head-down like bats.
-- Mattresses were lumpy, and also concave, bowing inward from all four sides.
-- Pillows were far too soft and "squishy," providing little-to-no support.
We did not sleep well.
One of our towels was smeared brown with someone else's makeup, but had been folded and placed in the cubby hole by housekeeping as if that towel were clean.
No, no that towel was Not clean at all: makeup actually fell off the towel.
This makeup did not belong to either of us; again, the towel was placed that way by housekeeping, with no attention to detail or actual cleanliness.
The overall hotel was adequate, including the breakfast.
No complaints, and no stand-out praise either. "
The management has already thanked me for my feedback, and stated that they will address the issues we faced during this stay.
I should say that I believe them, and reiterate that the overall hotel was adequate for our needs despite the problems.
Had the towel and bedding been up to standards, this would have been a better review.
