The Oxford Hotel is hands down my favorite place to stay in Denver! The service is always outstanding with many little house gifts that just make you feel at home and valued. The location is outstanding, as is the on-site restaurant, Urban Farmer, and of course the classic, Cruise Room. Too many reasons that make this classic hotel a wonderful place to stay!

This is my favourite hotel in Denver. The staff are always incredible, especially the doormen. They couldn’t do enough for us getting cars organised and our 140kgs of luggage sorted. The breakfast is a simple but beautiful spread with everything you need and the lobby is a social, friendly place to hang out. Twin room was huge and catered for two girls and all associated luggage. Location is excellent and there are so many great restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Best thing about this hotel for people booking through Expedia is that they actually considered my Expedia status (Gold). The complimentary bottle of wine was in the room waiting when we arrived and we were given an upgrade. I have never had this at any other hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Such a great historic, charming, yet clean and lovely property. Having stayed at many historic hotels this one had the charm of an older hotel with the cleanliness, and comfort of modern ones. The staff was amazing and helpful. The valet is safe and quick, though we didn't eat here there were great options. Will be back!

Pros: The entire staff were incredibly nice. I appreciated being able to check in early, and check out is not until noon (most hotels require you to checkout at 11am). The hotel was very conveniently located, making most everything walkable. Cons: Bathroom was oddly dirty, I did bring this up during my stay, but only 50% of the issues were rectified. There was some sort of construction IN the hotel taking place during my stay. I asked to be relocated to a different room to reduce the noise levels, but there were sadly no vacancies. There was no refrigerator in the room, making it impossible to keep leftovers from the delicious restaurants I went to. Finally, despite setting the AC to 61 degrees F, it constantly felt uncomfortably warm in the room, even though I could feel the cool air coming out of the vent. At a cost of ~ $350/night, I sadly will not be returning.

Storied Hotel with Charm and Rough Edges.

Creaky floors and some minor sound transmission issues. Very small shower in a step up bathroom (watch your toes)! There were also a few dog-eared elements in the room (carpet stains and chipped furniture).
