Issues with room. Had a bad smell and lighting wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Issue wasn’t resolved as they said it would be. View was not at all Mountain View as described. My expectations were high and my stay failed to meet those expectations.

Everything was great! Check in was fast and easy, room was kept nice and clean, rooftop pool was amazing sight(jets on the hottub could use fixing) but can’t complain for a heated hot tub and pool in December!
