They could do better on hot breakfast. Pool was a little cold. Had a big family come in and kids screaming off the top of their heads. We just left. Water pressure for shower was bad. Hot water took a little long. The sensor light inside room was really annoying. But overall-beds were ok. Locations was great.

Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast has declined compared to the past. I used to visit this hotel for its comfort and a varied breakfast, but that is no longer the case. From a bland scrambled egg to a breakfast lacking in options.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. There was a nice variety of breakfast foods that changed each morning. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and large enough to easily fit the four of us.

This property was exceptionally clean and bright. The breakfast area was really large and comfortable for gathering. But what was most impressive was the staff. Molina checked us in late in the evening and was professional and wonderfully kind and welcoming. Tarek met my mom while bringing towels to the pool and remembered her the next day by name. Having a staff that is that authentically customer service oriented puts this hotel above and beyond!!

Do not stay here

Me and family booked a room for one night for a kids birthday celebration We chose this place because of the pool and hot tub and free breakfast. First impressions was nice and clean but once in the room a whole different story. 1st off there is a curfew for kids to play in pool and for the adults. So kids had to wait until next day to use the pool. The room smelled and very worn and outdated room furniture. Ice maker was broken on our floor so had to go another floor to get ice. Only one roll of tissue in bathroom not restocked properly. Hot tub was very not hot at all very cold was told maintenance will be in later on in the day. Breakfast was ok but long line for waffles. Worst of all of stay is finding out that there was bed bugs in the rooms and have i have been bitten up on both my legs. With no compensation from hotel staff. Will never go here again.
