The pool area was disgusting. The keys didn’t work two different times. Very dirty around the property. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana in the halls.

Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Toilet wasn’t working in the room and wouldn’t flush. The pool room was freezing. The pool water was freezing, and the hot tub was cold. That being said, kids really enjoyed the slide but definitely would have been more enjoyable if all the temperatures were comfortable.

Water facility was not working. Side was down. Pool was cold. Kids came out of the hot tub shivering. Outside door didnt seem to latch with out slamming it. It was a let down

great place

I reserved a king room for 1 night, check in was easy and fast, staff were friendly and professional. Once getting to the room, it was a double queen room not a king but i was tired and didn't care at that point. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. would stay here again.

Place to lay our heads, waterslide had been out since November, disappointed Grandchild. Could not control heat in room. Continental breakfast was in totally different building, no vending but a pop machine.
