Walking in, it looked very nice. Rooms were a 4 out of 10. Breakfast was good 1st day and horrible the 2nd. Pancakes were rubbery. No milk for cereal. Very slow responses. Missing hairdryer. Called for one and it was never brought. We ended up having to go get it ourselves. Duct tape on flloor between main floor and pool. No ice machine available on floor. No screens on windows and we were able open the windows. Very unsafe for children!

Nice place, showing a little wear

This isn't a bad space, but it shows a bit of wear, and the breakfast is pretty standard. The elevators are basically on one end of the hall, and then you have to walk all the way down one hallway and then down a second hallway to get to your room if your room number is larger than 19 or 20. Some of the carpeting in the hallway is bunching up, too. That said, the rooms are clean and roomy, and the beds are good.

The motel is really showing It’s age and the owners are not keeping up with cleaning and maintenance. Rugs are dirty and worn and tripping hazards because of folds and wrinkles. We checked in at 2:30 in the afternoon and the hot water heater must have been off as there was no hot water. Later in the evening it was available. I suggest spending a bit more and go someplace else.

No hot water for showers…shower has mold and needs cleaning…looks nicer than it is. We were told the pool was out of order, but not told there wasn’t hot water…cold shower on vacation!

Free breakfast was good with pancakes, biscuits & gravy, coffee & several types of cereal. There was very loud wedding reception late into the night that we could hear from the room. The furniture in the room was very dingy. The window sill was broken. Staff was friendly.

Loud Drunks

First off, the staff were friendly, and the room was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was ok too. My problems started after the drunks left the bar at 1am. They immediately went to the pool and were extremely loud and obnoxious. This combined with the acoustic effect of the pool to the rooms with glass doors… it was awful. I still managed to fall asleep. I wish this was the end of it. One of the drunk guests proceeded to donkey kick the door to the room about every hour to wake his companion up. I presume from the noise that followed he did not have a key and wanted more booze from the room. I cannot overstate how loud this was. I sleep like a rock. I stayed here while passing through, just hoping to get some sleep and get back on the road. I stay in hotels along 94 a couple times a month. This was my worst experience ever. I will not be staying here again.
