Warmly greeted, easy check in, great position for Dubai Mall and the Burj Lovely big well appointed bedroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Big shower with good supply of hot water. Cleaned very well each day. Only extra which would have been nice is a dressing gown. Excellent breakfast each day - good quality produce on the buffet, nice selection of freshly made dishes and an abundance of coffee. The swimming pool was well maintained and the gym equipment was of high quality and kept very clean. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for a stay in Downtown Dubai.

Overall - a nice place however more on the smaller scale. Also the hotel seems to operate more on a self-serve basis (eg. 2nd floor bar: orders submitted via iPad, if you need a waiter - you request service via iPad etc, room features - etc) But the hotel does the job … centrally located, front staff is super helpful if needed and the hotel definitely has a modern feel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai. From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully designed—the rooms were especially impressive, with a unique, artsy vibe that made our stay feel extra special. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Business Bay and just a short walk from the Dubai Mall. We truly had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Hotel Indigo again on our next trip to Dubai. Highly recommended!
