Beautiful hotel. Large rooms , well appointed rooms. Friendly staff at front desk and in restaurant. They were able to accommodate us with early check in after our overnight flight- very thankful ! The only drawback( for some) is that we stayed at Christmastime and there were parties every night in the hotel( so it was lively and fun for us) that played music ( felt throughout the hotel) until about 1 am. So if you are an "early to bed" person this would not work for you. Also, we had a room facing the street and there is a night a nightclub that lets out at 3 am across the road, and there is noise from the street at that time. We were ok because we were up late every night anyway. Overall, we would stay again. The location and everything else was great .

The place was great, but could have used a carpet replacement? It looked like it had rough guests. Try to get a room facing the park. The street side has several clubs, thus some noise …. The location and staff were phenomenal.

Very good hotel and convenient location. Was disappointed to walk into the room and see the aircon/heating was broken and a standalone unit with a plastic tube venting out the window as a substitute. The room smelled like a chip shop. Front desk staff was great on check in and the restaurant serves quality food and service.

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful trendy hotel in the heart of Dublin. Fabulous opulent décor throughout the hotel. Food delicious, felt very safe there. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful with a spacious lobby, nice restaurant and bar, and comfortable rooms and bed. Hotel was also very clean. Staff was very gracious. Our daughter arrived at 7 am and the hotel let her check in that early without an extra night charge. Our only complaint was that the carpet in the room was old and stained, but this will not deter us from staying there again.

Very clean. Lovely room. Great breakfast options. Only issue was they said I had a double reserved and I reserved twins. This has happened 3x on this trip. I don’t think it was the hotel’s fault. I think there is a disconnect with Expedia. They got me into a twin room and everything was great. I’d recommend.

Excellent hotel!

Amazing hotel, great location by St Stephen's Green and about a fifteen minute walk to Temple Bar etc. Only slight gripe was that our room was really hot even with the room fan and a portable fan turned on all weekend and the temperature turned down as low as possible. Our family in another room didn't have this issue though so may have just been an issue specific to our room, and the porters/staff etc were as helpful as possible when we did raise it. Staff even left a birthday card for my partner in our room, and the facilities etc were all generally excellent. Would stay again!

Mostly good, except breakfast

Staff was great, super fast checkin. Hotel is in a great location, Luas outside. Hotel was very warm, and we couldnt get the aircon working. The big down side was Breakfast, over priced, not a great choice, and you had to additional for any coffee other that stewed filter coffee. I would recommend saving you breakfast cost and go to bewleys on grafton street.
