I had €200 credit arranged on my hotel room so I could charge from the bar and restaurant to my room. However, each day, I was told by the bar and restaurant staff that I couldn't do so and each time it had to be checked with reception.

Not enough security on with a party in function room which spilled out into lobby area of hotel Glass smashed and not cleaned up the following day Breakfast was barely warm Staff looked uninterested when we brought up fact glass was all over floor and seats Rooms not clean when we checked in and was moved multiple times til they found a clean room All round poor hotel that has the potential to be a great hotel

We arrived at our room and we had no hot water we rang down waited an hour to have to be moved next door the water was hot not roasting the girl was lovely that moved us all night the traffic up and down road wat terrible then either room above or 2 rooms down they man and women were fighting I never slept all night terrible 😢

I will never go back to this hotel again. With the weather being cold the radiator didnt work. Was given a small heater, which didnt do much. Asked for another and after numerous calls and going down to reception twice i got one. The facilities were apalling. In the norning at check out, asked to speak to manager or a contact. They just gave me a card. Didnt even ask whats the complaint.

This hotel has a bar and good food options on property but is also across the street from The Square shopping mall which offer more dining option within walking distance along with great shopping. The rooms are a nice size and room amenities are replaced regularly. My only complaint was the room was too hot even with the radiator off and window open and fan on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and underground parking is very convenient.
