My kids room hadn't even been cleaned. Crumbs all over chairs, and beds. Toilets waaaay too low. But they did bring us a riser.

Stay was fun with grandkids! Waterpark was fun for young kids. Most things were clean, but did observe some rust around play structure. Room was fine. Breakfast was just ok. Wished pool opened earlier in the morning.

The hotel needs some updating, especially the waterpark. At least a new coat of paint. Beds were comfortable and seemed clean. Our toilet was not clean and old food from a previous guest was in our room fridge.

The elevator service was below standard. For the size of this hotel. there needs to be additional elevators installed. At breakfast time and again at check-out, there were long waits with large crowds on every floor.
