We made reservations through Expedia a month ahead and was charged at that time for the room. However when we arrived the hotel said they didn't have a reservation for us. They said it was our problem and we had to call Expedia. I showed them the confirmed itinery with confirmation on my phone but the hotel would not accept it. Horrible experience! The hotel said we could pay $212 for a room! We drove back home 5 hours instead. Will never stay there or with Hilton again!
