I am.extreemly dissapointed with Hotels .com and laquinta I had to call you back 4 times to address everything and i was told i would be compensated for this stay within 24hrs Iv s3en nothing yet. Heard nothing back from laquinta either. Stood at reception desk for 1 hr atleast Another man had been waiting atleast 35 min when i walked in and was clearly ipset and had some reservation person on the phone the hole time. Since he was on the phome with a reservation person not at the location i reached out to you since i booked through you. I was on hold with you guys when finally The guy shows up with a girl and looked nerous and on something. got my room and the bed sheets were pulled back 6 pillows stacked on 1 side and dirty towels in bathroom The room.was clean. Hotels .com asked me to go ask for a diffrent room i said do you seriously think this guy will give me another room But attempted to anyhow Agaim the guy wasent at desk so i stood outside for a smoke amd watched He darted out of his office and into kitcken and out a diffrent door and up elevator. I ran up the stairs and observed him walking down the hall looking at his phone like he was looking at a camera feed he stopped in front of my room.looking at his phone as i p3ak3d aroumd the corner and his back was to me. He then started walking to the end of the hall and standing at another door looked back at me fumbled with the door looked back at me again and went in that room. Clearly he was in my room.

Hotel seems to need some general upkeep. I’ve stayed there for many years and this year I could see areas that were a bit run down, carpets stained, very few towels available in the room. Staff was all very nice, breakfast was great. Not sure if will be my go to Duluth hotel anymore

In an area with lots of stores so if you need anything it’s right there. Free breakfast, swimming pool/hot tub, and gym was a plus! Only complaint is that my room was a bit dusty and dirty on the ground. Sheets also weren’t the cleanest with hair from other guests still on it. Overall a decent stay just needs to be cleaner in my opinion.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. I booked this hotel because they offered a free airport shuttle. I landed at 7 and had to pay a taxi because the shuttle schedule stops at 4:30. That's rediculous..
