Our 1 bedroom (loft) and 1.5 bathroom condo is all about it's location near the heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 5 blocks (less then a 10 minute walk) from Historic Main Street and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries.

There is one covered parking spot under the building and the condo features Central AC, a washer/dryer and small balcony. Its located right across the street from Durango Joes coffee shop as well as Durango Natural Foods Coop.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
