I checked into this hotel and thought it was decent until we entered the room and noticed the trash cans full of trash. Notified Wynn “manager” and nothing was done. Not happy about experience and customer service. Will never stay again and DO NOT RECOMMEND

We arrived and our room was 80 degrees inside. We changed clothes and left after lowering the temperature to 70. When we returned later that night the room temperature was 76. The towels were yellowing and old. We turned on the T.V. and thier was no cable, antenna or hdmi connected so it was useless. The room was a handicap room (not mentioned at booking) and was priced higher because it had a mini fridge and microwave. The showering chair grossed me out. The price was expensive at a discount. The location was highly rated which is what I look for. Once there I feel they didn't meet any of the online ratings.

Large Room

Very large, comfortable room. Close to where we needed to be. Much larger room than I expected. I think my only complaint is that there wasn't enough lighting in the room. A light by the door, two small bedside lights and then a table lamp. There needed to be additional lighting in the area close to the couch/hide-a-bed.

The convenience, price, and staff were great. The accommodations were decently clean, but the room needed updating and fixed. When we opened our room door it smelled musty and felt like you walked into an indoor pool with how damp the air was. We slept and we left, but even though the room was cheap they could have fixed the humidity in that room.

Our door wouldn’t lock. Waited for someone to come fix it but it was late so after a half hour requested a different room. Fire alarm went off briefly not sure why. In the middle of the night the iron board fell open I closet. We never touched it or even used the closet.

Bathroom was dirty. Someone came in our room while we were gone( we gad the peace and quiet button on) changed the thermostat, turned off the lights and we could smell cleaner, however nothing was cleaned. Counter and bathroom door had what appeared to be boogers on it. Sheets had stain and towels were sub-par

Usually always excellent, this time our room had been vandalized by the previous guest and was missing several of the amenities. My wife had to clean the room but we'll be back, our numerous stays in the past have been great.
