pet friendly fiasco

Dogs across the hall were constantly barking keeping us up at night. complained to deck clerk, she called the other customer with the dog but barking never stopped. Website states pet friendly, but what about the paying customers without a barking dog. I will not stay or recommend this pet friendly hotel to any of my friends. The clerk at the front counter was alright. I just didnt think i should be kept awake all night from someone elses barking dogs

No Frills-Just Don’t

If no frill, no clean and no comfy beds is what you’re after, this is your place. If you are going to boast a “no frills” kind of business model at least have a comfy bed with full size pillows and clean rooms. It wasn’t cheap enough to justify that kind of discomfort.

Dirty rooms

We went for a weekend getaway with my husband. Heard great things and saw good reviews. When we laid in the bed the blankets were full of dog hair. The receptionist saw all the hair on our clothes. We needed a king bed as my husband 6’8”. All they had to offer was Queen bed and not even to clean the room we needed. New room was very dirty in the restroom. Good thing we spent most of the time in the casino and only went to sleep for a couple of hours as he couldn’t fit. Never again unfortunately.

Great hotel with breakfast!

Only one minor issue, we had a light out in the room, but we were still comfortable using the other lights. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was one of the best that I've seen in a hotel. Hot breakfast was also really good!

The walls were so thin we could hear the phone ring at the front desk all night from our room. Also, they started running power tools at 4am. The floors appeared to be under construction in the lobby and hallways, but the overall hotel was so run down it’s hard to tell if that’s just the way it was.
