Lovely area, great dog grassy area Staff super kind. Breakfast nice selction, well organized area. Loved having full kitchen. Bed/pillows amazing! Pet room was beyond nasty, the smell of urine on the couch burned my eyes i had to take allergy meds and put a sheet on it plus it was torn from animal abuse, the carpets made my feet black luckily brought slippers. Staff said for over a month new furniture is in containers near by. Well get on it! One room at a time, guest checks out. carry out old couch. Housekeeping vaccum, bring in new sofa, finish cleaning bam... So was disappointed that way They charge enough in pet fee's That cost should go to the up keep like shampooing, cushion covers that can be taken off and washed..

I did not like that the sink is outside the washroom. A person has to come out of the bathroom to reach the sink. A lot of side doors. I understand it is for the fire exit, however, I saw a guest came from the main door then she went to the side the door and open it and some people came in. I am not sure about the safety at the hotel.

This was my first time staying n this hotel and was so disappointed. The third floor has this old dusty smell and the rooms were not any better. In 2025, the tv is not smart and there are no USB plugins! The sectional couch is terrible with the brown thing that was suppose to substitute for duvet. The room was also small. The breakfast was basic. The staff is the only good thing about this hotel.

From the check in that was so fast to the moment we left the hotel everything was excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfottable but more importantly super quiet. Walls should be sound proof. We were not in the hotel at the time of evening snack to try it, but the buffet breakfast was perfect. The hotel is very close to the West Edmonton mall and the best Persian restaurent in town - Taste of Persian restaurent. Both are only 5 min drive the hotel. A big thank you to everyone in the hotel who made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. ☺️❤️
