We did not partake in any of the breakfast options. The pool was amazing with great views over the bayfront! The hot-tub is more like a superheated whirlpool style jacuzzi. Still feels amazing but was different than advertised. Amazing rooms and nice low light hallways for relaxing ambiance. Definitely feels to be a higher class place making you feel above the world!

Blackout curtain broken upon arrival. Maintenance fixed, broke again that evening. Bathroom flooded after shower. Espresso machine broken in lounge. Someone lightly knocked on door, despite “do not disturb” sign being up and proceeded to enter until door wa physically blocked. However, front desk extremely nice.

Our stay began with a friendly and warm greeting from Kevin at the front desk. Kevin was super helpful and made us feel at home. I was exhausted from a long drive and Kevin was super efficient getting us checked in. I dropped a bag unloading our car and Kevin tracked it down and called us to reunite us with our bag. He’s a superstar!! The room was great although the phone handset wasn’t charged. We were able to use the speaker phone though so no big deal. We had a drink in the bar along with our two dogs. The servers were so friendly and accommodating and brought water for our dogs, along with goodie bags when we were leaving! The only downside was the burger ordered from room service which was tiny and didn’t come rare as ordered. The rest of our order, a Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail were great. My family has been staying here for years and it just keeps getting better. The staff is always lovely and the recent renovation is great. It’s relatively expensive for the area but well worth it because the whole staff consistently goes above and beyond for their guests.

This is not a cheap place to stay. You would think they would provide free breakfast? Much cheaper places do… The toilet paper and tissues were extremely cheap. Dinner at the restaurant had extremely limited options and was expensive- it was just okay- not worth the price. Our waitress was sweet but had no idea what she was doing- our bills were all screwed and it took a while to fix it which made us late to our event. The “concierge” was not knowledgeable or helpful at all (couldn’t even offer pizza deliver options). The General Manager/Hostess at the restaurant, was nice but clearly had way too much to do as she was constantly running around. It’s not a Hot Tub- it’s a whirlpool. We have stayed here before and loved it, beautiful place, but service is pretty sad right now.
