Consistently excellent

I’ve stayed here several times on my way to visit family, either in my own or with my husband. I always have at least one of our family dogs with us and the hotel is super dog friendly. The bar is a great place to relax and has a nice view of Lake Erie. Seems a bit expensive for the area when you factor in pet fees and parking but it’s a nice, clean property and the staff are all super helpful and friendly so overall decent value.

The hotel was lovely. I had a terrific room overlooking the lake. The bed was comfy. The room was well appointed and very clean. I had a wonderful dinner in their restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. We had dinner in the restaurant, we both ordered the Clam chowder and the cream was bad. We had to send back. The sheets on the bed were very scratchy. The cream for the coffee in the room curdled. Otherwise it is a very nice location.

Nice lake front hotel

We had a nice time. The parking payment doesn't work correctly through hotels.com. It shows up as an extra guest, but the front desk was helpful in fixing it. We had a fire alarm go off at around 10pm, so there was some confusion and while I think everyone got out ok, the all clear was a little confusing. Things happen and I think overall the staff handled it well. The room was clean and comfortable, I would stay again.

My stay at the Sheraton EXCEEDED my expectations. The staff/front desk were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. My room with a view of the Bay was AMAZING, the room itself was comfortable in every way which made my stay Relaxing, and Peaceful which is what i needed.
