I would say the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was my understanding that there was a restaurant on site that is not correct there is no restaurant. The town is lovely and the hotel was central to everything you could want

This was our second time staying at the Springhill Suites and everything was great! our room only had 1 pillow as opposed to the usual 4, but we were able to get another one from housekeeping. the doors slam very loud and our upstairs neighbor was incredibly loud, but not a knock on the hotel. will stay here again for future needs!

The room was fine. New building and spacious room. But I was surprised by the parking fee. They now are not allowed to tack on a “resort fee” to overcharge you after you have already booked. So now they charge for parking in an area where there is no choice to arrive by anything but a car and there is a huge parking lot. They are still trying to slip in extra fees. On top of that, now that they don’t actually have you check out, the housekeepers came knocking on the door insistently starting at 9 am - and did it twice.
