I only interacted with the staff once at check-in, which was super quick because I did the pre-check-in online. The lobby is super impressive of the restaurant is gigantic… but the room was very lackluster.. honestly not even the room just the bathroom. They need to install some fans in the bathroom bathrooms because there was a ton of black mold and it just looked really dilapidated and gross in there..other than that the room was fine and the location was really good!

beautiful location, hotel has been painstakingly remodeled and it's gorgeous, feels very ski-lodge elegant. Lots of parking onsite, room was immaculately clean, breakfast was great. Front desk staff very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10 and if I could do more, I would. Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend/stay again.
