Nice clean place. Quiet, a bit off the way but in 10 mn walk you start to see all the attractions. The staffs are very nice and always smiling. Good breakfast. I like it so much that I booked it again when we return to Florence in 2 weeks

Good Value

Hotel is a bit off the heart of Florence but still easy walking distortion close to tram for luggage transfer to and from train station. The rooms were modern and comfortable but the shower is small and the AC did not work well.

The location is clean and quiet. It is convenient to transportation. Staff was extraordinarily helpful. Elizabeth was very welcoming and Katarina made the breakfast extra special. The stay was great!!!

There was work being done outside my room door so, no naps during the daytime, the only thing close by really is a train and bus station. Shopping and food were a walking distance. I didn't care for the location.

Estephania upgraded us for our anniversary. We had the best shower with David statue looking at us shower. It was the funniest thing. She gave us the best advice on where to get a florintine steak which was the best steak we ever had.
