They had a note on the door that they was going through construction so sorry about the noise but the main issue was we got a room because we drove and was up for about 14 hours and just wanted somewhere to lay out head and get some sleep so we was ready to go for about the same hours of being up and driving again the next day and it was so light in our room we couldnt get much sleep. no drapes on the window and 3 street lamps right outside our window shining in our eyes.

Hotel was undergoing renovations and smelled of some type of adhesive/ construction material (could be triggering for someone with asthma) Heating/cooling unit in the room was very noisy. Otherwise adequate. Staff was friendly.

The property is EXACTLY as pictured online. The staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay went well. My companion was recovering from knee surgery, do they already had a handicap room ready when we arrived. Barbara was great. I really enjoyed chatting with her at breakfast as she have us tips for finding nearby waterfalls. Start to finish, I'm so glad we chose this as our home away from home.

Yes, it was good. I was running late one morning and they were putting everything up. The lady working the breakfast saw my bewildered look and brought me out a few yogarts from the back where she had already put them in the fridge. Nice

Hotel was pretty, decorated well for Christmas. HOWEVER, nothing in the concession area except some chips and Sprite; no coffee maker in the room, not even plastic cups; no hair dryer in the room; the new mattresses still had the original plastic wrap on them so the bed crinkled every time you moved. COLDWATER LEFT ME COLD!
