The potatoes were not well cooked. Plain pankcakes option was not available. No yougert or varity in cereal. Rooms were very clean. TV was not working in breakfast area. No scrambled eggs. Inshort breakfast needs. Alot of improvement. When people R leaving they dont want to stop twice for breakfast because the breakfast offered was so average. We did stop for breakfast again.

Not a Second time

The clerk who checked me in was arrogant and rude. There was very little water pressure in the bathtub. People running around on the floor above me - all night. I got down for breakfast and there were three room temperature sauasage patties left. The woman at the desk was rude as I was cheking out. There was no comfortable chair in the room to sit and read. Tje monitor on the TV was broken.

Good place to stay.

Everything worked and seemed fairly new. The room was very clean. It was basic but all I wanted or needed for this trip. I felt safe. The staff was helpful and friendly.

not so great. Shower head falling apart. No micro-wave in the room as advertised. Heated pool, not heated. No one liked to stay and man the front desk. Lady in the mornng was more interested in her bf or whomever it was there than making sure there was plenty of food.

Don’t go! There are better hotels in the area.

The entrance door was off the rails. There was no front desk attendant so I had to call the number on the sign. After I called, the attendant comes out from around the corner. He looked like he hadn’t had a bath in days. His shirt was stain covered and he was sucking snot up his nose left and right. I should have left then but decided to stay. I get in the elevator and it is gross. Grime and dirty everywhere. Once I get to my floor, I see stains all over the floor. In my room, the pillows had such dark stains you could see it through the pillow case. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the shower had black stains on the bottom. The towels were stiff as though they hadn’t been washed. There was a bad storm that went through with a tornado, so I made my way do to the first floor. I go into the pool room to look out the windows and noticed that the pool had a scummy film over the top. I will not be going back.

There’s always coffee, hot water & ice water ready when you walk in to the lobby. Excellent customer service. Good continental breakfast. The room was very nice. Bed somewhat squeaky but otherwise comfortable. Refrigerator & Microwave, coffee maker in the room. Shower was wonderful & the shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided in the shower were good products—a nice touch. A very good stay.

Poor management. Nice rooms.

The room was comfortable and clean. But the service was pretty bad - we had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in, the floors in the breakfast area were sticky, breakfast potatoes tasted like freezer burn and they never refilled the scrambled eggs, and the hallways smelled like pot. This is a nice facility that is in bad need of better management.
