Hotel being remodeled, but construction materials left out in hallway, debris piled up outside. No barriers for safety, hallway carpet a total mess, elevator dirty and smelly. They shouldn't even be open while doing all that work!

Good budget hotel in Forsyth.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast looked good, but didn’t get a chance to try it. Excellent location near a lot of stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again whenever I’m staying in Forsyth.

This place just isn't great. The breakfast is garbage. I was sick the entire day. The curtains are shredded, It's like of like an upscale crackhouse. I don't like this place - but I came back for the pool and it was too cloudy to use.

Good for a short stay reasonable price.

This motel has gone down a little in my rating since my last stay there in April. For breakfast, there were not spoons for the yogurt. I could not find anyone to get some. The hallway carpet is getting worn out. The inside of the elevator has deteriorated. However, I did find the place clean. The room was clean. So this was fine for a short stay. I did not use the pool.

A Decent Night in Decatur

I’ve stayed in nicer hotels, but it was fine for my one night stay in Decatur. I didn’t utilize the Pool or Exercise room though they were available. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was decent. Limited selection but a nice mix and hot and cold options. I always get excited when there’s a waffle maker. My biggest nit pick and the only picture I took was of the bed spread in my room. On an otherwise all-white fabric, there was a brown spot that made me question how clean the bedding actually was. It was small but grossed me out a little. I simply shed the cover from the bed and used the remaining blanket and sheet when I slept. Otherwise the room was fine. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great!

Breakfast was just ok.... No eggs at all one day. The pool was absolutely freezing even when the temp outside was in the 90s. Overall the stay was good and no real complaints.

This was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The room was clean, but the bathroom door had a broken lock. They also gave us three towels for four people. We enjoyed the pool but it was on the cold side. There was no place to put used pool towels, so there were used towels everywhere. I felt that the pool area should have been better kept up. It lists laundry facilities in the description, but there was no guest laundry (perhaps they had a laundry service). The staff was pleasant, and there was a pretty good hot breakfast.
