My account was charged twice and I was told that the more than $1k charge was a normal process to prevent bounced payments. They reimbursed the charge after I requested it, but they didn't want to and said it would drop off the next day. The receptionists were not at the desk most of the time and we had to wait for service. The rooms had long strands of hair on the sheets and hair on the bathroom floor. There were several very visible stains on the linnen and the walls. The staff changed the linnen at our request. The hotel is old, very outdated (think an 80s basic room), and worn. For the amount paid, it was embarrassing to take my family. Went to visit a family friend at the larger hotel nearby and it outshined this one. We will definitely stay at the other one next time.

We had the most fantastic lodging experience at Baymont by Wyndham Whitewater. Our amazing girls' trip was made even more fabulous because of the incredible staff!! For example, Britt, whose kind, helpful nature made our delicious breakfast so much fun---what a cutie!! She even gladly took our photos of friends, Monica and Glenda, and our new friends: Sally and Karen! Also, Beth, whom I spoke with before our arrival and while checking in, was also very kind and helpful! Beds were cozy and the room was beautiful!! Everything was clean and welcoming! We can't wait to come back! Thank you, one and all!!

The decor is out of date. Breakfast wa adequate. The room we booked had an unpleasant smell. The owner changed our room but it did smell musty. If you need a bed, coffee, and a waffle in the morning, This place will do. The area is quiet and safe.
