The place was very dirty and dingy. Our room smelled musty. Everything in the room was rusty and mildewed. We were charged an INSANE amount for the room- they obviously jacked up the price to take advantage of people in town for the music festival. I would never recommend this place.

We arrived around 10:00 pm and checked in. The sign on the door said non smoking, opened the door and it smelled like someone had just had a cigarette in the room.I have asthma and this was not going to work. We went back to the front desk and were given a different room. Walked into the new room and got a phone call from the front desk saying we couldn't stay in that room because he had already given it to someone else and we had to leave. He had no other rooms available so we had to find somewhere else to go. The entire hotel is aging and needs to be updated. Now we are waitng to be refunded.

Great stay for a quick overnight trip. We accidentally left something in our room after check out. The front desk staff (manager, maybe?) went up to our room and MAILED it to us!! Did we have to pay for shipping? Absolutely (gladly!). I am so happy with our stay and the extra service!
