There are not enough handicap parking spots. And, they tried to accuse my service dog of disturbing other guests, the manager refused to investigate to discover that it was dogs from another room, not my service dog. The on-site staff member, Tammy, was phenomenal and verified that my dog did not bark and was very accommodating, very professional and very helpful.

I like this La Quinta because of its closeness to Sunrise Ranch where I visit every couple of years. It is a tall and stately building. The rooms are spacious. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

I liked that i could go for a walk or a hike right from the hotel. It's in a great area, not right along the concrete jungle. I've stayed here many times... it's close ish to my elderly mother.

Overall the price was good, the property was clean. The room was okay. The couch was worn and could use a refresh, and there was a dirt or stain on the bedspread. Can really complain to much, since I did not tell the front of the issue. Breakfast was the normal eggs, meat, biscuits and Gravy, along with bread/bagels, waffles etc. not to exciting.

Great hotel and affordable

Very nice hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was very good. My only complaint was that the refrigerator in the room didn't have a freezer to keep our ice packs frozen. Another perk if you are a beer lover, the hotel is within steps of the Berthoud Brewing Company.

Not that it's worth my time to write this because nothing will be done. But - as I previously shared with LaQuinta - I booked a trip to Estes Park so I could take my disabled son, who requires a wheelchair, to Sprague Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park the next day. There were no accessible rooms in a hotel with a pool in Estes Park, so I chose to drive the 30 additional minutes to Loveland (in the opposite direction) just so I could stay in a hotel with an accessible pool for my son. However, upon checking in, I checked the lift in the pool and saw that the battery was out (this is fairly common), so I asked the lady at the desk to request it. She said it would take about 10 minutes. Half an hour later, I called to check and was told that Maintenance had to charge the battery, and that she would call me back when it was ready - shouldn't take long. After 2 hours of waiting, I called to check and was told that the battery wasn't working and the lift would not be available. I can't believe that I have to repeatedly deal with this kind of crap, where disabled people are treated like an inconvenience and after thought in 2025! It is NOT an "inconvenience" when the lift doesn't work, it's a negative impact that makes my son feel like a second class citizen. Every other guest got to use the pool. No one else had to sit and wait in their room for 2 hours, praying they could enjoy their getaway. Who else drove an extra 45 minutes just to get to a hotel with a pool that h
