The front desk, house cleaning, and brealfast buffet staff were all excellent. The swimming pool area, though unused by me and my family looked very nice. The suites that my family and I stayed on all had a number of things that were not operating (phones ( in each of 3 suites); safes (in each of 3 suites); bathroom fans (in one of 3 suites), etc...)

Very good service. The hotel, although old, offers excellent service. The people are happy and hospitable. The elevator needs to be repaired and modernized. We thank Sandy at reception for her cordiality and friendliness in the service.

The staff was nice and courteous, but the place was really rundown. I was really surprised by the higher ratings, as it needed a lot of work overall. The room was just Ok, it smelled, but the bathroom was recently remodeled. The lobby and eating area for breakfast was nice.

We had a great time at the hotel, we stayed here for a couple of days before heading to Miami for a cruise. Nice and relaxing and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I do wish the pool was open later, past dusk, but understand as all of the hotel rooms open to the pool.
