Staff was incompetent and rude (front desk at check in and bartender). Only parking was $39 valet and they were slow to get your car every time. We requested room service twice and didn’t receive it.

Great Stay

My sister, niece and I came to celebrate my birthdays. We had a wonderful stay. Very nice people who work there especially Carlos. He’s was the kindest and most helpful everyday that we were there. We need more people like him that has amazing customer service skills. We will be back and I hope we get to see Carlos again. He made our stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked and paid extra for a Premium King Room with a balcony through Expedia — only to be told at check-in that such a room doesn’t even exist. They stuck me in a basic King Room and acted like that was normal. Total scam. Even worse, the bathroom was disgusting, with mold all over the shower walls. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. My son has severe asthma, and mold is a major health risk. When I told the front desk, they brushed it off and said the hotel was full — no help, no apology, nothing. I had to leave the hotel within 20 minutes and scramble to find another place to stay. I’ve contacted the hotel multiple times, and all I’ve been told is “the manager will get back to you.” It’s been over a week with zero response. To top it off, they charge $40 a night for parking, which is laughable for a place this filthy and dishonest. The only nice thing is the beach nearby — but it’s not worth risking your health or being ripped off. Do not book this hotel. It’s a health hazard and a scam

Did not like location. Residential area. So everything was at least a 20min drive besides the beach. Hotel did not offer beach towels, chairs, umbrellas nothn as courtesy. Pool closed at 10p. I was unable to have a late check out and was disturbed twice by a knock on my room door at 9:30a and 10:30a from the cleaning crew asking when i would be leaving . Unprofessional. Whole vibe was off at this hotel. No future reservations
