Burst pipes and broken boilers ruined my stay. The staff was AMAZING but the water was cold, freezing cold. Cold in the shower, the pool and even the hot tub. I called the hotel BEFORE BOOKING asking if everything was in working order. Confirmed the pool was heated and the hot tub was working only to arrive and find it was NOT. I was pissed. Had i known I'd have booked elsewhere. Tom, Guillermo & Lizzy were Awesome and very kind but issues overshadowed everything else.
