It was a nice hotel. My only complaint was that if your room faces the intestate you will be awoken many times throughout the night by loud fast driving south Florida drivers

After cruise stay

The hotel let us checkin as soon as out room was available - that was really helpful, also shuttle from airport was very responsive and we had very short wait. Room was very roomy and comfortable!

The rooms are very nice and clean. The ac in our original room wasn't working properly so they put us in a better room with the ac working overtime!! The staff was awesome. We needed to print something for our bags for the next day required for our cruise. The business center printer wasn't working but they gave me an email to send what I needed printed and they provided me with my needed documents. The only thing i wish they had was a shuttle for local attractions and a better looking entrance to represent how great this hotel is. With that being said, my stay here was great. I have no complaints. They also provided us with complimentary breakfast. I hope the breakfast is awesome but regardless great stay. One more thing. There was a pleasant smell throughout the hotel. It reminded me of my home because my wife keeps plug-ins. I'm leaving a detail review because I believe customer service is important when people spend their hard earned money. Excellent customer service!! Video will be posted next!

Great for stays pre/post cruises!

We used the Four Points Sheraton to get an extra nights sleep after disembarking our cruise from Port Miami. We found flying into FLL and staying there was a lot cheaper than Miami. We called to ask about early check in and they could not guarantee it, but I was told we could come to the hotel and “check-in” so that if a room opened up or was available we would have it. Luckily they were able to get us right in, even though it was only about noon! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was only one elevator working and it was a little slow, but everything else was very clean and updated. We utilized the free shuttle to/from the airport and it was a quick air-conditioned ride to the terminals. The hotel is also very close (within 10-15 min walk) to some nice shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others in the area.
