The room was great ..the front desk guy was great as well. My only issue is I got in @ 10:30p and the airport shuttle stops at 10:30p...while other hotels have shuttles until at least 11p or 12a

Loved that this hotel was perfectly located to catch a ride to the port for a cruise. Room was clean, comfy and quiet. Elevator working. Server in bar was exceptional and food tasty even tho they ran out of food early. The lady manager was great. However... the hotel guy that answered the phone told me there was no shuttle! I said this is one of the reasons we chose this hotel and I saw it online, he assured me it was google and not the correct site,but, I'm looking at the hotel site and yes, it states shuttle, he argued, ok, Im at the FLL waiting for the shuttle that doesn't come even tho I called the number the day before to leave a message of time and date to get picked up, the number on the hotel site that is... so. I called the hotel again and this time got the manager lady who sent the shutlle to get me, go figure...I spoke to others at the hotel that encountered the same problem. Very frustrating! The shuttle guy was great and told us its his first day that the other company the hotel had was not in service now, sooooo hotel-update your associates and phone system!! Once this is fixed, its a 10
