The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very modern. The breakfast was better than most hotels i have stayed in. The only issue i had was the pillows were way too soft for my liking. Hotels.com list this hotel offers "train station pickup", this isn't true. Since i came into town via train. I had to Uber to the hotel (was not expensive)

The hotel is quite old and the rooms a little beat up. However, everything was clean, the desk person super nice, and its very close to the port.
