The room was fairly clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The AC was very noisy, but did not have much circulation in the bedroom. We had four people with us in a double king room.But since individual pictures of the rooms were not online, we did not expect that there would be no sitting area with a couch. In the kitchen we expected to be able to have at least bowls, some cutlery and a keurig. It did have a kettle and paper cups with plastic spoons and napkins with a couple of tea bags and coffee bags. The advertised on site breakfast was not there as the restaurant had been closed for quite some time. They did have some fruit and croissants available. All of the restaurants were quite some distance away and required a one and a half mile walk or getting in your car. The beach area had litter and the beach chairs were old but useable. T check in and check out was easy.And the vallet service was quick and easy as well.

My room was perfect! View, clean, comfortable bed, everything I needed was there. It was a bit odd to stay where there were no staff present-- they do not service your room and there is no staffed front desk. It was still a great stay and I would highly recommend it. The worst thing was they only offered valet parking. It was pretty expensive if you have to park a vehicle. Still very nice place to stay .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we had an issue with our room and they were quick to assist and switch us to a new room. Every area was nice and clean, and hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. The lounge area by the pool and the private beach were amazing. Very quiet, clean, and safe area. Pool and ocean were awesome to swim. Many restaurants nearby to enjoy. Short drive to activities in Fort Lauderdale and Pompano beach. Highly recommend!!

The pictures are misleading. They are zoomed in and probably from opening. The hallway is dark and dank. Our room booked weeks before was right across The place is clean on surface not on closer inspection and reeked of just pure bleach. The partial ocean view is a sliver between concrete buildings if you lean over the balcony. Our room had an adjoining door in the kitchen area which kept being rattled and a large dog on the other side barking non stop. Next to the adjoining door was a window through which we had a direct view into the neighbors bedroom with them in bed. A sliding door next to the bed opened up to the balcony through which we had a front and center view into living rooms across the parking lot. The one directly across there was a naked man strolling around. The surrounding area is very dark and nothing appeared close so you need a car or constant uber. In all we were duped, felt very unsafe and decided not to stay there. Concerns were communicated before we left. Kasa offered us a 10% discount on our next stay. I won’t be returning.

This property was very good for the price. It was nice to walk out to the beach, or walk or bike along the road. The room was clean. I would suggest having a counter of some sort in the bathroom near the sink for supplies like tooth and hair brushes, make-up, etc. And, there was not enough light in the room. The valet parking was easy until it wasn't. I checked to be sure they were a 24 hour operation, and informed the "day" person that I had to leave early for a flight, but at 4:30 am when I called for my car, I waited for about 10 minutes before I realized that he was sleeping in his car. I woke him, and all was fine - but it was stressful with no one evidently around and not knowing where the key to the rental car was kept.

We requested a room with a balcony; however, we get the balcony, but on the back of the building, I mean, it was not ocean view... it was a canal view. The room was really small, but clean, with a comfortable bed. It didn't have an area to prepare food... really small microwave, and average hotel's fridge.. My only complain about the room is that it was too dark, it has just two lamps on it, on the night stands. With respect to the hotel location, it is not a restaurant available at this point on the hotel (it is suppose to be open on January 2026), and there is not restaurants close enough to walk... you need a car to go, the closes DD is around 10 minutes from the hotel (max speed is 35 mph in this area)

I don't like the fact we show up and they have a mandatory valet parking only for $30 day... Instead of just including it into the room they rather blind side you. We booked for a week but left after 3 days because it's dirty, they don't clean the room or take garbage or take dirty towels, they told us just you keep them in the room, well when it starts to add up I don't want all the garbage and towels sitting there. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

Nice scenic ocean view. Hotel was quiet. Disappointed the restaurant is closed but that isn't mentioned anywhere. Disappointed that there was no caffeinated coffee and fruit they had out was rotten.
