Great environment for family with children ( mine includes 2 kids under 7 yrs. Easy access to restaurant. Hotel newly renovated. Staff helpful. We could catch a glimps of small animals outside our window or by the pool which was great. Didnt like the fact that room service was inconsistent with restocking the restroom eg. wash clothes, towels and even soap ( they ran out of bathing soap) etc. I say this because our family has four persons as per our checkin details but there were days we would be left with 2 towels, 0 rags etc. We would also have to wipe the tables or it wouldnt be done. Crumbs left on the carpets etc. Pool was ok but ofcourse no pool towel restock. Staff at the front desk very helpful.

Breakfast could use a change different varieties. Got same food everyday five days stay. Only one computer available to use in ofiice open area located where breakfast is served no privacy while using computer. No vending machines to purchase anything. Only small area a can of coke $3.00 small bag of chips 3.00. Unheard of in other hotels not guest friendly for snacks . Feels like a ripoff.
