The property was beautiful! Theres alot of dining places near by which makes it easy to go for a stroll and dinner. Staff did give me a hard time and werent very understanding that my Canadian cards do not work there and wouldnt accept cash payment for the accidental deposit. I was basically told i’ll have to downgrade my room if i cant pay with a card or cancel my reservation if I couldn’t pay with a card and l do not live in America and do not have family there either which was very stressful. Youd imagine that because its a hotel, they would be understanding of such type of issues but basically being told l’ll have to look for a place to stay if i couldn’t pay $50 on a card was ridiculous and very upsetting. If I could’ve found somewhere else to go, I most likely would’ve

I’m not sure if it was a fluke but the rooms could clean better. Not leaving of previous occupants or leaving green residue on the shower head. Otherwise the staff that the front desk are very nice and welcoming.

Normally I can count on Holiday Inn, but after my last experience I don't think it will be a preference. The web site said it was completly remodeled a few years ago. So in spite of it's age I booked it. It is by far one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. Really surprised it is allowed IHG brand. The dirt is just pushed up into corners of floor, windows filthy, bedspread wrinkled and dingy. Room walls are paper thin. Had to listen to someone apparenlty on their honeymoon all night long! Sorry for a bad review but this place is skanky.

I had no problems with the room itself. It was clean and well kept. I had packages sent to the hotel prior to my arrival and received all but one. Amazon tracker said it was delivered but hotel said they didn’t receive it. $30 down the drain

The room 221 needs some repairs: the lock of the door is not working. We just locked with the upper lock.something of security. The bathtub have some cracks. The ceiling above the tv was cracked and there was dust in the lower cabinet. Some usb ports of the nighttable weren’t functioning.

Room was not properly prepared; no phone or Iron. Hotel staff at the door inquiring about a previous guest lost items that wouldn't have been in the room since the room was cleaned I hope by the staff before we checked in. Felt room was unsafe to leave valuables in after that. Not what we expected
