The location of property was good, very close to Sawgrass mills mall. Definitely would recommend better attention to detail when cleaning the room, found inappropriate “toys”/ garbage in between the couch cushions and our toilet didn’t flush well but were able to get plunger and fix that problem.

The staff checking in was great when I got there, but wouldn't let any of the other rooms in my party check in even with invoice #. During stay power went out and knowing not their fault I was stuck in a dark elevator for 25 mins. When power came on elevator went up alittle and the power went out and dropped a floor. when I emerged almost hysterical hotel didn't even offer me a water. Very bad sevice.

The hotel was located near great shopping centers. The hotel was clean and quiet. However, there were minor inconvenienced; the room had no microwave. If you wanted to heat up your food you have to go to the lobby and wait on a line to use the common area microwave. The bathroom door was rusted and the door handle was broken.
