Me and friends stay there for 4 days , no one came to clean ! There was roaches . Tub was slippery and disgusting looking. The rug was very disgusting had to wear shoes all the time . The hotel just need a new update. The staff was wonderful.

We arrived and checked into room. Bathroom really smelly and requested a room change. Second room had major dip in mattress but we'll deal with it. Unable to control tv volume, way too loud. Found roach running around sink basin in morning. Overall hotel dated and hallway carpets extremely dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff at the front desk kept leaving the front for over 30 minutes so when you need something you have to wait around until they showed back up. Besides that they were respectful and courteous. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast a plus.

I gave two stars because the staff was amazing, they were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Whenever I asked for anything it was provided right away. Now the hotel itself was horrible, we found two roaches in our room, the work out area smelled so bad that we couldn’t even enter the room. The pool was dirty and the area around the pool was dirty, and there were no pool towels. I was truly disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel room had a terrible odor when you enter the room not sure if pee from pets. Hopefully pets use certain rooms and floors. The smell fades until bathroom and entry door is opened. The mattress needs updated very soft but not hard to sleep on. The breakfast area was okay but didnt eat and coffee was very good. The dining area was nice to eat in or just relax. The tv stand and desk was very sticky from cleaning products so couldn't put anything on it. There were nice restaurants near by and shopping.

We stayed here 4 days before and 2 days after a cruise.They have a policy to only clean after 3 days which was too long. We accidentally left our walking canes in the room and they kindly agreed to mail them to us. I would stay there again. The breakfast was fine.
