The front desk was rude. She could not accommodate me and my husband. He was handicapped and I didn't like elevators and I had a knee replacement. She still but me on the 2nd floor

The hotel is clean, safe, and quiet, which I love. The staff was invaluable during my stay. However, I noticed that my room was missing a couch, and there was also no restaurant available. There used to be one nine years ago when I visited. That's actually why I chose this hotel again.

This hotel offers free coffee, and no continental breakfast, but neglected to tell me there was a small cafe on the first floor by the pool. I informed the manager and staff member send me down the street for food, I suggested a sign could be conveniently placed by the coffee machine.
