Staff were overwhelmed to check in and check out staff and answer the phones. Toilet was not worry the lobby for hours .. on the website it said breakfast included .. no breakfast available but had a small takeout to pay for snacks or a breakfast. Rooms were clean .. housekeeping staff work very hard.

The room was ok, needs to be updated. Bed needs new mattress. Just not real comfy. Need better door locks. They worked ok. But still didn't feel very secure with a deadbolt lock and metal strip to stop the door from being opened. Needed a bath mat in tub. Had a wall tv, refrigerator and a microwave, but no small coffee machine in the room, i had to go to lobby, a walk, to get a cup. There was No restaurant here like advertised online, just a small room by the lobby that had sandwiches, burgers, breakfast..drinks. A vending machine. Staff was ok. I had a room on 3rd floor. No Roaches. I looked. Overall not bad.

Good for an older unit. The new lobby is nice. Complimentary shuttle from FLL and to Port Everglades. I slept fine on the bed. As most old units, the soundproofing is not good. You will easily hear people outside talking and the sound of their roller bags wheeling by your room. For 1 night before the cruise and the shuttle services , it’s a good value. Fort Lauderdale hotels can be rip off pricey.

It didn’t look like in the pictures when I was searching for it but the place is nice and clean. They keep up-to-date with room service coming in and cleaning and changing the towels,so it was a nice event staying there.

Very simple but clean motel, staff friendly and helpful even though the place was packed with stranded travelers due to a winter storm. Lovely pool and in addition to the food truck on the property, there’s a sports bar next door with good food. Great place to stay before our cruise!
