The property was okay overall, but there was a major issue with the AC unit. Instead of being placed outside, the unit was installed inside a closet in the bedroom, which made it extremely noisy. It was so loud that I had to turn it off just so my kids and I could get some sleep. I called the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member I spoke to was very nonchalant and didnā€™t seem to care. He said he would submit a request for maintenance to check it in the morning, but nothing was ever done. On a positive note, the woman at checkout was very apologetic and understanding. Unfortunately, unless that AC situation is addressed, I wouldnā€™t stay here again.

Arrived at 5:30 PM and was told that my room will it be ready until after 6 PM. Terrible front desk employees except for the front desk manager who helped me get a room. The rooms are old and thereā€™s a terrible smell in the hallways and the entrance. Would not recommend for the price.

Decent place for a short weekend visit.

Location was ideal for our purposes. Floor plan of the two bedroom was very nice for a family of 4-6 people. Only issue was the conditions of the living and dining furniture as well as the bathroom. Dining stools were wobbly and sofa arms were loose. Fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and loose. Also, the water came through very hot if you wanted full pressure. Breakfast was hot and a great assortment.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff, hotel, facility, rooms, pool and hotel location are great!
