The location is great. The staff are efficient and friendly. The lobby is fabulous on a cooler day due to both fireplaces being on. The room is nice. The only complaint is the bathroom is small. There is no vanity space to put your toiletries. Otherwise, all is good.

We were given a room that was very noisy and the windows were all blocked like a prison. There was a big equipment outside the room that made loud noises. The room was also small not what we booked. After we requested again they gave us a better room. They should not have sold us the first room to begin with.

My only complaint is that my room was ready and the hotel was not full and they charged me $50 for early check in. I paid almost $300 for a very small room. I don’t feel there should have been an early check in fee
