I had 244.95 on hold after paying 191.00 with Hotels .com what is the deal. This wasn't a very nice we hotel. It was adequate to say the least. My acct is still waiting to have 100.00 credited back. Fix this and call me with an explanation. I signed for 144.95 and not another 100.00. I expect credit back

Please pay attention read well !! Worst experience ever front desk is through a kiosk “victor” there is night club right next to it. Very Loud!!!Following morning I requested another room “Victor” stated to give some time to the housekeeper to clean to come back in an hour he didn’t help at all he doesn’t know anything about costumer service he just close the screen. The lady in person tried her best. Old rooms, smelled really bad broken furniture Like I said WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Awful. Check in is done over a 2 way TV. Accents were very heavy and i felt as though I was under suspicion immediately for who knows what? The add specifically states their rooms have a wired internet connection as well as wifi. Well the wired connection does not work, nobody working on site had any clue about a wired connection and the wifi was laughably poor. The room was clean, rate was cheap but if you have a choice I would go elsewhere.

Hair on the sheets.\n Iron was broken and iron table was very dirty couch. Recliner was Very old and cracked.\n And the office chair was Crumbling, apart in the upholstery. Place definitely can use a remodel. I paid around a $130 for the night. Breakfast was very weak and not enough options compared to other hotels. Overall experience was okay but I probably will not stay there again
