This was the worst hotel I have ever in 54 years stayed at the ac in my room broke down 3 times in 100 degree weather I had to chang my room because of this and after 2 days it’s ax broke down as well the Wi-Fi almost never worked there is no house keeping while your in the room if you need towels you have to go all the way to the other end of the property to get them at the office , the pool closes early and opens late morning and the worst part of the stay was the manager she became angry that we complained as I think anyone would I’m not normally one to complain but come on , so she proceeded to have here staff to refuse the rest of our reservation which by that time I had had enough anyway but waited until after check out to tell us and had her staff wait by the door giving us no time to pack out things as they should be and we had to run out the door this may sound crazy or maybe you would think I was a bad customer but no this hotel and experience was insane I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel!

As soon as we walked up we realized that the key pad for entry was broken. Once we walked in we noticed a fogger that was left in the middle of the room. That told us that they did not clean the room fully between customer stays. The mini fridge was missing parts and the A/C did not cooler than 75 degrees. The bathroom sink did not drain unless you manually lifted center piece in the sink. Lastly the toilet overflowed on the second use. I had gotten the best room that this hotel has to offer. Top floor with a view that overlooked the water. We were suppose to stay for two nights. We contacted the front desk about our issues and asked for a refund. They told us that because we got the room through hotels.com that we would have to take it up with them however they would leave a note for the manager to approve the request for a return. We decided to leave after only being there for a few hours and cancel our next night there. The hotel eventually declined our request for a refund on our stay even for the night we did not stay. I would highly recommend never staying at this location. Hotels.com should not do business with this hotel. This location is a 0 out of 10 because of cleanliness and customer service.

Terrible There was mixed views so we decided to go with it The rooms were not at all in the pictures that they had shown they smelled. The bed was uncomfortable, and the phone was literally ripped out of the wall and sitting on the bedside table.

The hotel is in great location - but … as any old hotel the furnishing and carpet looks and felt/smelled old. Access to the building is open, has an elevator which is convenient, and ice machines that actually work. I didn’t have time for breakfast but the restaurant where is served is lovely and its waterfront with a nice covered patio - access couldn’t have been more convenient, just a few steps from my room. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend the property to anyone looking in the area. The location didn’t feel unsafe.

It was nice, the staff was wonderful, the pillows and towels were good. The mattress was really bad. The coffee was good, the bagels were alright, the eggs and sausage were not, about blew up the bathroom afterwards. Overall i would stay there again, just hope they get better mattresses soon.

Significant decline in hotel

We could not get a room higher than 1st floor as none were available yet hotel was lightly occupied? Clerk was uncaring and matter of fact. Yet when our ac wasn’t working in our room they said they had another room available in a higher floor? Did not make sense. Hotel has declined significantly as we’ve stayed here before. In addition to faulty a/c our outlets didn’t work, and the clerk was unreachable for 2 hours of calling front desk to address a/c issue. Bathroom tile was dirty. Very disappointing. Won’t be returning.
