The room was a suite, it was moldy, paid $250 deposit for a disgusting room, let the management know they didn’t even allow me to change rooms.

MOLD

Not only did I have mold on my pillows, not once but twice. I had them come in and change the sheets due to the mold. It just came back my daughter that’s one years of age had an extreme rash. I had headaches and puking. Had to leave the hotel early and was told they wouldn’t reimburse me. Not even a partial. Front desk shrugged her shoulders at me. like oh well. bummer …. The hallway smell like cat pee.. the swimming pool that they offered was shut down the entire stay( which is why I booked it because I have an infant that loves water) Photos included

They only got 2 because of their staff. Desk attendant Taniesha and others were the best part of this hotel......pool like turtle tank water....the hotel has mold and the aor quality sucked....the smell was unbearable...it is also bet friendly so imagine the smell...i was moved 3 times befor i couls get a room i could stand. Never again.
