Located on Okaloosa Island, this vacation rental is cozy yet spacious. The biggest feature is the views - the large balcony has the best ones. In the common area, you can see the Gulf of Mexico from each room, as well as the primary bedroom, which offers access to the balcony too. Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen and in-home laundry. Property amenities include a pool and sundeck, along with an outdoor shower. In the surrounding area, find restaurants with fresh seafood on the menu. For entertainment, check out Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone, offering miniature golf, and a ropes course. Rent a pontoon boat from Island Watersports and explore the bay on the water and enjoy access to Crab Island in Destin.

Great beach vacation

Loved Okalosa Island because traffic was not bad and Destin was close by with a lot of amenities. Lots of time in the water and fun parasailing too. Shopping and great food too. best was the beautiful emerald water.

Place is rock solid, the only thing I can think of that needs a little attention is the bed in the Master Bedroom gettin close to needing an update otherwise you can be confident renting the unit

It was lovely

This was the perfect place in the perfect location for our family. Everything was clean and we had everything needed for a cozy weekend at the beach. We had one issue with one of the toilets not flushing and they sent someone right away to fix it. Our last night we watched the Labor Day fireworks on the pier from the balcony, and the last morning we spent out there watching the dolphins. This is the perfect spot for a familu get away.

Great beach front condo

Loved sitting on deck and watching ocean. Beach service was great to have chairs and umbrellas set up each day. Clean unit, comfortable furniture and bed. Highly recommend!

Good Place

Pros - Great location, beach access was easy and close, balcony view was beautiful and furniture comfortable, clean. Cons - Not very well stocked. Had to buy toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and other similar items that most places provide. Also had to buy beach towels as there were none provided.

Wonderful beachfront view

There were issues but Vacasa took care of them. Brand new kitchen and stainless appliances, comfortable balcony furniture, great view, quiet end of Okaloosa Island.

Beautiful location

The condo was clean and comfortable with an outstanding ocean view—beautiful sunrises and sunsets. If you intend to cook, you may want to bring your cookware with you, but it’s located very near to excellent restaurants. We did not use the pool, but why would you when the gulf is just steps away. We would definitely return.

Good condo but showing it’s age

Bed is beginning to sag but is still comfortable. Blemish on baseboard when you first come in. Rust on dishwasher and fridge and fridge doesn’t cool as well as the newer ones. Microwave is an eyesore; it’s cracked. Ceiling in the hallway is patched up as it seems there was a leak there. Balcony furniture has mildew on it and is uncomfortable. Aside from that, the place was clean and relatively comfortable. I believe it was priced right. Would I stay there again? Probably not. Do I regret our stay? No.

The condo was exactly as advertised minus the cockroaches that ran out from under the recliners. Had contacted Vacasa to inquire about checking in an hour early and they told us to enjoy the pool. Only the pool was drained and coned off. Check in time rolled around and our room still wasn’t ready. Overall the condo was perfect size for 3 people the view was beautiful and the area was perfect. This is my 3rd time in okaloosa island to visit my son stationed at hurlburt field and the area never disappoints

What a view!

We loved the property overall. The fire sprinkler did leak so we had to keep a towel down to catch the water (we called and they vowed to fix it). But that didn’t stop us from having a great vacation. You really can’t beat the location and view.

Beautiful views!

This Condo was everything we needed! The view was amazing! The 2 bedroom Condo had a bedroom with a full and twin bed! Perfect for my 6 and 11 yr old daughters! The beds even had cute night light headboards. Comfy, cozy and only steps from the beach. There was a covered pArking space also! We would stay here again, and would definitely recommend!

Great view of ocean

Beautiful view of the ocean from master bedroom and living room. You are right in the beach listening to the beach waves . Big balcony with very cushiony patio furniture. Leather sofas in living room. Plank floors in entire condo . It was very clean. I don’t like carpets and fabric sofas , so this was perfect and clean . Kitchen had everything you need . Bathrooms clean and sufficient. Elevator was also a plus . We ware on 5 floor. From second bedroom, the bed that was close to the elevator ( window side ) was a bit noisy so I switched to another bed , and didn’t hear noise from corridor . The condo complex is small , so the beach is less crowded. The umbrella and chair service is free and also much appreciated. We didn’t use pool , the pool is small . There is fresh fish market nearby, and we cooked our own meals, and it was delicious. Highly recommend, would stay there again!

Our stay was great!! The condo was very clean and neat. Plenty of kitchen towels and bathing towels. So jealous of Mr Owl on the patio. He has the best view of the beautiful beach and ocean. Great furniture on the patio to relax and take in the relaxing sound of the ocean waves. Beds were ok. The only thing I could see that could be improved are necessities in the kitchen. Thing to cook with and spoons would be nice. Overall, it was wonderful and we would come again.

Some disappointment

Full size bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked. Bathrooms and kitchen need updating, balcony was great, but the furniture was sadly uncomfortable. Pool very small. Would not rent again, nor recommend.

The rental property is very nice and balcony is amazing. The location is excellent!! Our only complaint was that something was leaking from the ceiling near the sprinkler but the water was not dripping from the sprinkler. We weren't sure what pipe might be leaking above us. It was making a puddle in the floor and small piece of sheetrock were falling. I called the rental manager and was told it was scheduled for maintenance two days after we left. I asked to speak to a manager and received a call back the said the complex maintenance would come look. We were gone when they came and their solution was put a bowl for the water to drip in. Our 16 month old grandson didn't understand and wanted to play in the bowl of water. Property is great!! Rental property management is terrible.

Beautiful ocean view

We had an OK experience with the property, location was right on the beach which was really great and the view was amazing the only issue we had was with the cleanliness of the condo itself, When we arrived we found that the sprinkler head inside the condo room was leaking and there was a large pot that was collecting water from it, Not sure how long that had happened before we got there but it would’ve been nice to have a better leak free room, there was also water stains on the ceiling‘s I’m guessing from previous leaks. Another negative thing we noticed was lots iof mold growing in the air vents So not sure when the last time the air duct system was properly cleaned But this was an issue for my girlfriend who has allergies. lastly the fans had a lot of dust and dirt on the fan blades in the rooms, Luckily we were only there for two nights any longer would’ve been a problem for us to feel comfortable there but overall the view and Ocean Made up for the negative aspects of the rooms
