I know you get what you pay for but the facility is very old. Our room had spider webs, when the air turned on it had a very strong musty odor. Very inconvenient if you have children, we had to carry our stroller and luggage up stairs with an infant. We checked out a night early and went to a different hotel.

The room had not been cleaned. There were pieces of food on the carpet. The tv didn't work until I called maintenance. There was bbq sauce splattered all over the desk in big chunks…. “Mark” who works up front said there's nothing he can do about the dirty room and can't help or do anything. He offered zero help. Claiming the room had been cleaned and he can't send anyone even though he and the woman employee were sitting around. When I asked to speak to the manager he said “I'm all you have for the night !” I'd like to speak to a hotel manager about the stay 7605568662

Liked the 2 bedroom suite but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our grandson. Mattress springs were felt. Had to pile blankets on mattress so he could sleep comfortably.

Impressed by the pictures, I decided to book. Really expensive but I thought it would be worth it. As we were putting our luggage away my daughter screamed from a spider in the restroom floor. I killed it no big deal. My wife was getting ready to shower in the other bathroom and it was full of ants by the tub. I called the front desk they refused to change us rooms and sent maintenance. He killed the ants with half a bottle of raid and sprayed the other bathroom were the spider was found. Now the whole room is smelling like pesticide and everyone is coughing. Next day in the afternoon another spider is killed in the kids room. Last day on our drive back to Texas my son is complaining about being itchy. I check him and his whole body is full of red bites! BED BUGS! I travel 80% of the year for work and never encountered this problem before. Its ridiculous. Even without the bugs this hotel is not worth the price! It is old and you can tell they don't mantain it. RIDICULOUS. First time at a Sonesta and last. NEVER AGAIN

Biggest plus is they are pet friendly. It costs $10 per night to park you car. They have a laundry room. Jacuzzi and pool are smaller than pictured.

The best about this place is all the staffs, front desk, housekeeping, the staff work in breakfast, are super nice, friendly, helpful. We arrived to the hotel after 12:30am. The older gentleman in the front desk helped us unloaded the luggage and brought them upstairs to our room!!! That was super nice of him. The rooms are clean. They have kitchen. The breakfast can be improved, we stayed for 8 nights, the breakfast was the same every day.They have bagels, freshly made pancakes, eggs , sausages and hash browns every morning.

Beware that when you book from a third party website, like Expedia, that they may book you an entire different room than what was advertised. What I booked was a king suite with a separate room and pull out couch, I specifically purchased this room because it specified a separate bedroom, I needed this because I had my toddler who needs to sleep in a separate room. They instead gave us a studio room. This made our stay very difficult and they did not care nor give any accommodations. The futon bed was also only springs. I asked if they had any padding for it and they said “um, I’ll check” rudely hung up and never got back to us, we also asked for towels and my husband had to go down himself to grab some because they were understaffed and forgot. I will say, the provided breakfast was great and the room was decently clean, I’d recommend based on that but the staff, room mix up, zero accommodations regarding and dirty pool area were all disappointing and I wouldn’t go back.
