Etsitkö tilavaa mökkiä soittaaksesi kotiin seuraavalle matkallesi Fredericksburgiin? Olet löytänyt sen Hollyn Hausista, ihastuttavasta kahden makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpyammeen täysin yksityisestä mökistä yhdessä Fredericksburgin kunniallisimmassa vanhassa kaupunginosassa. Keittiö on aivan täydellinen erityisen aterian tekemiseen tarjoillaan tyylikkäässä punaisessa wc-ruokasalissa. Tai ehkä haluat vain poptaa popcornia ja laittaa jalat kiinni elokuvan lukemiseen tai hyvän kirjan lukemiseen kodikkaassa denssissä.
Hollyn Haus on yksi harvoista loma-asunnoista, joka tarjoaa kaksi makuuhuonetta, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. Yksi makuuhuone on sisustettu pirteällä voinkeltaisella, ja siinä on tyylikäs king-size-vuode, jossa on tuffitettu pääty, romanttinen turhamaisuus ja tietysti televisio, jos päätät kiinnittää elokuvan tai suuren pelin. It is a nice little cottage, though not in as good shape as the pictures make it seem. The a/c was good to have with temps near 90 degrees the whole time. There was black mold...when we lifted the garbage bag out of the wastebasket, we found lots of black mold in the bottom of the basket. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. There's mold along the grout/floor in bathrooms.We had lots of mice droppings in the hallway bathroom...in the sink, on the counter, around the wastebasket, along the wall/floor. We had to get someone out to clean it and set bait traps so were confined to having just 1 working bathroom for 4.The sitting room/living room were nice to relax and cool off.

We absolutely loved our week in Fredericksburg! The cottage is very sweet and charming and gave us a sense of stepping back in time. We loved it so much that we actually modified some of our plans to give us more time "at home" during our stay.

Sent the following to the owner’s of the property.A couple of issues: I have attached a picture of mice droppings. Just showed up this morning. You might have someone come and look at it. In secondary bath. (Owner’s response to me was the droppings were old. Crazy how they showed up on the morning of the fourth day on the white bathroom tile. Not old droppings . I don’t have a vision problem.)In the kitchen, to the left of the kitchen sink - outlets have no electricity. We moved the coffee maker to the opposite side of the kitchen. Needed the microwave one morning to warm up danish, but it didn't work either. Tried GCFI and didn't reset outlets. (Breaker needed to be flipped.)One of the bath towels had a huge whole in the middle of it. Several glasses had to be washed due to dust before use. No light in the dining room which makes it unusable space after dark. (Told after our stay that it was being replaced.) Two lamps in front living area doesn't give off enough light for use after dark. All four coffee creamers in fridge were expired - just throw out beforehand. Back door locks, but is really not secure. One swift kick and the door would give way. Smart TV would be great.We did enjoy all your beautiful antiques. Watching the deer resting in the backyard. Plenty of space to spread out. Love king size beds. A/C works beautifully. Well stocked kitchen. Great location. Very quiet.Many options in Fredericksburg. Would not stay again.

Beautiful spot next to town. Best that it was an All adults trip and no pets this trip. House was beautiful but fragile. Lots of untouched antiques and don’t sit here signs. Wasps on front porch and not able to enjoy it.. property is very pretty and unique.

This was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Main Street. It was really enjoyable in the evening, sitting out on the front porch with a glass of wine and enjoying the peace after a long day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed some evenings sitting in the hot tub drinking a glass of wine. The house was really clean and stocked for everything we needed.

Very Cozy and Quiet

We loved this property. It was cozy and in a quiet neighborhood far enough from the live music on main street and close enough to make getting downtown a breeze. The hot tub was so relaxing at night in the cool weather with a beautiful star-filled sky thanks to the lights-out ordinance of Fredericksburg. My wife and I stayed in the secondary bedroom because it was closer to the back of the house and felt it'd feel more secluded. Also, we loved that parking was secure in the backyard rather than leaving our car up front or on the street. I'd definitely recommend this charming house to any adults on a getaway. I'd caution against having kids though with all the lovely antique displays.

Quaint and Cozy Home Close to Main St

The home was quaint and cozy and my family felt instantly comfortable. We brought along our two Frenchies who typically hate traveling, but they too felt instantly comfortable. We liked that we were able to close off the driveway with the cattle wire and that the dogs had the run of the whole property. My dogs were able to locate one hole in the fence right off the driveway, but the rest of the fencing is secure. The beds were comfortable enough for a restful sleep. The home was well stocked and had just about everything one could need, with the exception of a broom/mop or vacuum, or access to laundry. There were plenty of linens throughout the home. Having coffee in the morning on the porch and reading were some of my favorite moments at this house. Overall, this home is an excellent choice if you're looking for a charming, historical home near Main St, in a safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors! It was definitely our home away from home!

Cottage Gem close to town

Such a lovely period cottage with all the antiques and décor in place. The location was close to town and easily within about a 15 min walk but driving and parking closer was easy as well. The cottage had everything we needed and communication was prompt. We loved our stay and appreciated staying in the blast from the past!!
