Stay was great, room was bigger than expected. The only negative was being charged for parking at the hotel. That does not make sense since I am already paying for stay.

Convenient and clean

The transparent frosted bathroom barn door needs to be darker. It is awkward for families who have children and teens. Inappropriate since you can see individuals showering or on the toilet. Need to dark the frosted barn door window! Please Also, having only one elevator working on a busy President day weekend was inconvenient and odd that it was never fixed.

Lovely building, dreadful service from staff

Located on the edge of town adjacent to the freeway. Moden new building with lovely bar area. Hot tub is lovely but too small for the number of guests as groups take it over. No valet parking. We had a ground floor dark room looking at the gas station. Air condition unit was very noisy so it woke you up. We requested room service (cleaned) daily but had to request regularly as we were first told it would be cleaned in an hour then when we were told it would only be cleaned after a 7 day stay. We were told complimentary coffee was available but when i requested milk a staf member very grumpily said it should not be out. We were given different information by different staff and only one person ever actioned anything. We had stayed in a sister hotel the previous nights and the level of service was miles apart

The hotel was very clean and cozy. However, no waters in fridge, no coffee maker and only 2 full body towels were offered in the room. We were told we had to walk down the hallway to get water. When we went downstairs to the lobby officers were there and walked back to the staff kitchen.. not sure what happened and when we asked the front lady didn’t give us an answer. The internet in the room was not working and we were told due to the cold it might’ve been messing up the connectivity… stay could’ve been better.

Nice addition to Frisco

An early arrival was met with accommodations. The hotel is an older hotel that is going through updates. The rooms are completely updated and very comfortable. The lobby and the lobby bar are also updated and very comfortable. We utilized the oxygen bar and it is helpful for coming to elevation.. The hot tub is very small and has not been updated. The elevators are also original and very difficult to get carts in. The staff is helpful and feiendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was conveniently located right by the I-70 highway, making it easy to find. The area around the hotel was surrounded by numerous restaurants, a Starbucks (just across the street), a gas station, and a gondola (not too far away). The swimming pool was not heated, or at least it wasn't as described, but the hot tub was fantastic! It was located outdoors in an open area, although without any cover. We had a great time soaking in the hot tub while it snowed outside. Breakfast was decent; it’s not included with the stay, but it comes with an additional charge per person. The breakfast options were great, ranging from hot items to cold options like cereals, fruits, and vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!
