Great place, but the pool needs work.

Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay. The only issue we had was with the pool area. It is a tile floor which makes it extra slippery, especially with the part that is sloped downward. Also, the pool was at least 10 degrees too cold. It was absolutely frigid. Our kids wanted to swim but it was far too cold for them.

King suite

Lobby was very inviting. There is some wear and tear on the walls and in the hallways. Our room was a little musky, but overall cozy. Couch in king suite could use a cleaning. Spa tub in king suite could use a refinishing. It looked dirty, but found to be stained or scratched. The sauna was not working and the pool was ice cold. The hot tubs had some kind of green sandy gunk in the bottom. Gym was clean and everything worked. Game room was fun and clean. The staff was great and it was very overall cozy.

Dark room with no window to outside and very little lighting. Not a separate room suite as advertised. Staff rarely at front desk so I couldn’t ask to change rooms. Pool area dark and smells moldy, murky pool water.

Pillows were too firm. Restaurant was closed. Heating unit was very loud which did not help sleep. Hot tub was very hot which is great. Excersise equipment was good.

During our stay the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate and wait until the firefighters came to disarmed it. Also we stayed 2 nights and were not offered breakfast because according to a staff member the kitchen was “shut down” We were not give additional information regarding that but this caused us an extra expense for breakfast that we were not anticipating in spending on.

Expedia failed to recognize the appeopriate dates. I arrived on the 17th. No reservation. Highway cllsed due to weather. Hotel was price gouging walk in customers $700per night. They wouldnt accomodate my reservation. Expedia wouldnt refund my money. Had to sleep in my car! Wont do business with either one, EVER AGAIN! Got ripped off of my money, no stay. BAD BUSINESSES!!!!! Dont fall for their traps.
