It was great; it was clean & comfortable. Everything worked, & the front desk lady upon my check in was super. Morning desk person was also very nice & personable. Only thing I missed was having a bathtub, but I made do. Thank you.

The check in did not happen because I booked, and when I showed they told me it was overbooked and needed to talk to Expedia about the “error”. The manager had the audacity to deny my claim for a refund saying I didn’t show. When I went to the hotel with a group of 5 people and was denied access to the rooms.
